1. 🛍 Use of Our Website

You agree to:

  • Use the website for lawful purposes only

  • Provide accurate information when placing an order

  • Not misuse our site (e.g., transmit malware, engage in unauthorized data collection)

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or block users who violate these terms.

2. 🛒 Orders and Payments

When you place an order:

  • You agree that all information provided is accurate and complete

  • You authorize us to charge your payment method for the full amount

  • You acknowledge that custom DTF transfers are final sale and non-refundable

Payment is due at checkout. Orders will not be processed until payment is confirmed.

3. 🎨 Custom Artwork Responsibility

You are responsible for uploading:

  • Properly sized artwork

  • High-resolution files (300 DPI recommended)

  • PNG format with transparent background

Prestige DTF Transfers will not modify, resize, or edit artwork. We print what you upload. We are not responsible for errors due to incorrect artwork submissions.

4. 🚚 Shipping & Turnaround Time

We aim to process most orders within 24–48 business hours. However, actual delivery time may vary depending on:

  • Order volume

  • Shipping carrier delays

  • Weather or unforeseen events

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by third-party carriers.

5. 💳 Cancellations & Refunds

  • Custom orders cannot be canceled once printing begins

  • Refunds on non-custom items are issued per our Return Policy

  • If a product is defective, we will offer a replacement

Please review artwork and quantities carefully before placing your order.

6. 🧾 Pricing & Availability

All pricing is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to:

  • Adjust prices

  • Modify or discontinue products

  • Limit order quantities at our discretion

We do our best to ensure accuracy, but reserve the right to correct errors in pricing or product information.

By placing an order or contacting us, you consent to receive:

  • Order confirmations and tracking emails

  • Occasional promotional emails (you may unsubscribe anytime)

  • Losses caused by third-party shipping carriers

  • Errors in customer-submitted artwork

In all cases, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product or service in question.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any legal action must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Jefferson County, Texas.
