1. 🚫 All Sales on Custom Orders Are Final
Due to the personalized nature of custom DTF transfers, all custom orders are final sale and non-refundable. Please ensure all artwork is correctly sized and formatted before submitting your order.
2. ✅ Return Policy for Non-Custom Items
We may accept returns on non-custom items within 2 days of the original purchase date, under the following conditions:

Item must be unused and in original condition

Must be in its original packaging

Return must be approved in advance

Once we receive and inspect the return, you will be notified of your refund status via email.
3. 💳 Refunds
If your return is approved:

A refund will be issued to your original payment method

Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer
Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. 🔄 Exchanges for Damaged or Defective Products
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly exchange it for the same item.

Orders canceled before production begins are eligible for a full refund

Once an order is printed or shipped, it cannot be canceled
6. 🔒 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Custom DTF transfers and gang sheets

Digital downloads

Items clearly marked “final sale” at time of purchase
7. 📦 Return Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.
