Thank you for choosing Prestige DTF Transfers for your custom printing needs. We are committed to providing high-quality products and reliable service. Please review our return and refund policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities as a customer.


1. 🚫 All Sales on Custom Orders Are Final

Due to the personalized nature of custom DTF transfers, all custom orders are final sale and non-refundable. Please ensure all artwork is correctly sized and formatted before submitting your order.


2. ✅ Return Policy for Non-Custom Items

We may accept returns on non-custom items within 2 days of the original purchase date, under the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition

  • Must be in its original packaging

  • Return must be approved in advance

Once we receive and inspect the return, you will be notified of your refund status via email.


3. 💳 Refunds

If your return is approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer

Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.


4. 🔄 Exchanges for Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly exchange it for the same item.
To request an exchange:

5. ❌ Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately:

  • Orders canceled before production begins are eligible for a full refund

  • Once an order is printed or shipped, it cannot be canceled


6. 🔒 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom DTF transfers and gang sheets

  • Digital downloads

  • Items clearly marked “final sale” at time of purchase


7. 📦 Return Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.

❗ Prestige DTF Transfers is not responsible for lost or untracked return shipments.
